Idiot call me and ask to speak to Joe Wong the owner, I told him he is dead for the last two decades and are they interest in his bones? 2nd month they call and ask for Fay Russman and I told them Fay has passed away last month and the new owner Bobby Jones is out of town. A week later they call to ask for Bobby and I told them he just been ran over by a mad rabies cow while visiting a ranch and the new owner is Joe Wong who will be in from the graves next week, call back then. For Chris sake I do not know any of these people mention, I been the owner for two decades, you would think they cross reference the state directory or something. Oh well I have my prank fun with these annoying scamer trying to sell stolen goods.
Well, they knew who the owner was here. Asked to speak to me by name. And offered me a tool catalog and mentioned something about equipment repair. We're not anywhere near being a company that uses any type of industrial equipment. Biggest piece of equpment we have is an HP laser printer.
Wanted us to buy on a 30 day deal, a new drill set. something about a hardened drill, didn't really listen
after reading all the above notes.
Told him to just send the catalog for the the lead man to look at. Told him he may have already used
this type of bit. Wanted feedback from my guy before we agree to buy his. (load of b/s)
Gonna tell him tomorrow that my guy tried this product before and it was ok / average, but nothing
we'd buy again.
Pretty good sales pitch as he did a good job at getting a positive answer from me on determining
a need for their product. I'll give him an A for effort with his sales pitch for sure.

Could be just a company trying to verify info for a contact list to sell or something. Doesn't sound like anyone that is actually involved in a successful industrial supply store with this many complaints on them.
