Oh how I love getting bothered at work by these morons that continue to call... Now, they are coming up as Private caller and I should have know not to pick it up. They asked for the wrong person before settling on my boss, whom I said was busy (which he is), I politely asked to take a msg or if I could help him with something and he insisted he would call back. Good luck getting through me ;)
818-252-1981 has been calling our business for about two weeks now. Funny thing is, they always call when we're closed. After finally looking up the number online, we will be blocking all calls from them. Caller ID shows up as ACE IND SUP.
It does no good to file a complaint - it's 6 /2/2015 and I got a call this morning, same spiel. But thanks for all the numbers, adding them to my blocker (for all the good it does).
The owners name is on public registration documents and easily accessible by anyone in the world. They try to trick you into thinking it's a friend or someone the boss knows by using the name. Another one along these lines in, "Is [first name] still there?" implying they just hung up with them. They'll try any means they can ... Why they think anyone would do business with them after these sneaky tactics is beyond me.
