This is sooo annoying. Adding you number to the "Do Not Call" registry seems to mean nothing to these people. I swear this is really getting irritated. The best thing I did so far was just get the number blocked via my phone carrier. Not an app. Sheesh, people do anything for a couple dollars.
WOW! You actually understood what he said! I used to be a language teacher (French and Spanish) and usually have no trouble understanding accented English but this guy completely floored me. I could not understand a single word. I just told him that he had called an office and to take my number off his list.My cell phone is one I use for work. He has called back twice since then with his garbled unintelligible message. I simply hang up now.
