http://fire97.com/contact_us.html lists their address. It appears there is no one in that address. Several commercial realtors listed. I called one, and she told me it's still available for rent. So, they're not being honest about their location.
All of their website info is being hidden by proxy. Normally, a business purporting to give you something for free (or asking to take your money) has some information available, so that they can be found should they need to be.
They have a twitter account that is bare. You would think a company giving away all this free stuff would have followers, tweets, everything. In fact, most of their followers are spam bots. No DJ's....
