We just got the same thing. Call at 8:45 EST. I didn't get the phone, my roommate did and said it sounded like someone on the other ned said "Moocher".

Just signed up for Verizon service. This number, spectracom, has called me three times a day ever since. I paid extra for an unlisted number! Can't wait until the do-not-call list kicks in. 31 days is a long time to wait....
Just got Comcast Digital Voice and have been getting so many crazy phone calls. I called Comcast and they said they do not sell phone numbers. Yeah right! What a pain. Here is the phone number for National DO NOT CALL list
