They hung up the first time I answered then called back wanted to speak with whoever was in charge of purchasing products for our manufacturing machines I asked him what products, he said he was not selling anything just wanted to ask some questions I told him we don't participate in over the phone research and he said because it's against company policy and I said yes it is. Then I kicked myself as I never answer anyone's questions with a "yes" because they may be recording me and used that against me to their advantage. I think they're wising up so they are rephrasing their questions to elicit a yes response.
i got a survey call - went thru their survey - at the end they asked personal questions and i refused - then i researched maxres and here i am - i am also going to report them to my states attorney general, the NJ attorney general and my own state representative who protects senior and disabled parties - i am disabled -i suggest doing what you can to assist putting this company out of business
i suggest turning the tables - ask them their full name (required by law when asked), their company name (also required) and a good call back number (also required) - if they dont give you all 3, dont answer their questions - when you gather the information, turn it over to NJ State Attorney office so they can gather information to put this company out of business - dont forget your own state attorney will want to know as well
