Just a couple clicks, and then a dial tone.  Caller ID only showed "Telepoint"

Called and hung up

They call and hand up before I can say "Do Not Call Me".....

So I called the number back... Someone answered! I asked to be put on a Do Not Call list, she informed me that they don't make outgoing phone calls from this number... WTF????

I began getting these calls yesterday.  It sounds like someone dialed the number and didn't know it.  I can hear background noise, but no one responds and then it hangs up.
