Noticed that the phone number on our ID CALLER is actually a FAX?
alright, I began getting calls from this number since Sept 8th and they have called me 4 times since. I had registered my number with the Do Not Call Registry 6 months ago. So, if I can get someone on the telephone from this line I would be more than happy to educate them as far the fines that they will encounter.
The thing that I dont get is....If they are trying to sell me something, why isnt someone on the other end of the telephone when I pick it up.
They've started calling me - I let the answering machine pick up - no message. I found a link saying this was a fax number for that company? http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/product-compint-0001209937-page.html
I'm so tired of the constant calls from this one and another that shows as unknown name, unknown number (which is apparently every sketchy "charity" known to man). So much for Do Not Call. I guess since that's set to expire we can expect a full free for all any time now.

Correct me if I am wrong but, I am pretty sure that the expiration you speak of can be corrected by going to www.donotcall.gov and renewing your number.

It has to be some sort of glitch that would make their fax machine call our phone numbers. I just got another call 5 minutes ago. Im going to fax them a letter, we will see how that goes.
Ok, I actually answered the call this time. The person speaking specifically identified themself as a member of Comcast (my cable provider). They asked me to rate my picture quality and another question about my service and that was it. After he asked me this I asked him why if he is a comcast employee is the number he was calling from was from Laurel Springs New Jersey from a telemarketing company, and he explained to me that "he wasn't in a Comcast building so to speak, but he was working for comcast." Right, whatever that means.
