Pretty sure its a scam trying to get me to cash a check.

I got a text from them off a post I out on Craigslist. They want me to cash a check. Seems pretty shady.

got text response from this number  for Craigslist post as well item was $999. they want to send a check

I received a text from this number wanting to purchae something from my Craigslist post - I can tell by the way it's written that it's a scam - not going to reply.

Ditto...text message from this number stating interest in $600 item.  Cash is in hand, will forward certified check not in a big hurry to get merchandise, need your FULL name, address, cell number.....
