Claim to be a solar energy company,,, I.D. says Operator,,, I told the gal on the other end only crooks hide the caller I.D. info,,, could hear boiler room operation in background,,,, she hung up on me,,,

Claim to be a solar energy company. ID says Operator. I asked them to stop calling and they keep calling.

ANNOYING! Calls back several times a day.

Does not answer after I said "Hello" three times.  I called the number and he told me I was pushing buttons.  I asked who he was and why was he calling and he hung up.
