I never answer calls whose numbers I do not recognize and especially calls that come up "unavailable", "not available", a city, etc. This number came up on ID as "not available" and the number was 118574445646. No message was left, not surprisingly. What good is the Do Not Call list? It would be much easier to report a nuisance call by just listing number and what is shown on caller ID. Although it may be helpful for the people working on the Do Not Call program, I want it simple to get these scammers and con artists in court and/or jail.

Just received another call from this number. Instead of caller ID saying "not available", it read "operator." Obviously, after reading posts and from my experience, this is not "legitimate" - just another con artist trying to dupe people.
