They called , but its seems as if they are a legit company doing a Home Security systems . I got my system installed for around 34$/month , very nice system and good price.
It would not take upto 30 days to take you off our list. Also if you do receive another call from us , you can call back at the caller id , and report, since we take action if any person receives a call after reporting
These guys are class action lawsuit attorneys. They go after companies that violate the law, get settlements for a class of people, and take their cut off the top. I've gotten money from credit card companies, deBeers Diamons, a pharmaceutical company, and others from lawsuits that I was eligible for simply, by adding my name to the list.
If enough of us complain, they may initiate action. Keep track of the number, dates, and times of the call. Do it even if you are unsure if you are still on the fed DNC list. Did you know it is illegal to call a cell phone and deliver a pre-recorded message? Robo-calls to cell phones are illegal, too.
Check out the site, and when you are conviced topclassactions is legit, file your complaint. I have been on their email newsletter list for years, and all they do is provide info as to what class actions are underway, and how to add your name to the list of complainants (which is just your name and address, never is any payment needed or requested).
