They called , but its seems as if they are a legit company doing a Home Security systems . I got my system installed for around 34$/month , very nice system and good price.
If you truly do work for this company, you should post your company's full legal name, physical address, e-mail address and website. Everyone here would like to have that information so that the appropriate actions can be taken. That would be better for all parties involved as opposed to being naïve enough to give a personal phone number on a website such as this.
Furthermore, if you really work for this company, could you tell us why you and your company believe that it is appropriate to call a number more than once a day or even a week when there has been no confirmation of interest in the service that your company offers. That is akin to a person knocking on your door multiple times a day, whilst trying to offer the same service that you declined on the first attempt; then that same person puts on a different shirt (different phone number) the next day and does the exact same thing. That's not a sales tactic, that is called harassment.
What is the name of the company and their address???? What is the cost per month? Are they connected to emergency services??? Does the system screen the bullpoo you just dropped??
We do not re call a customer once the customer asks to be taken of the list , or says that he/she is not interested. This is what we are investigating on our end, and are checking our system to ensure its not being caused due to a system issue. Additionally if you have spoken with our agent and have asked to be put of the list ,we do take off. The reason why I did ask for the number is so that I can go back and take a look at it and report the issue.
Also we give out all our information to every customer we speak with and ensure that no employee hides any information
this number 857-444-5657 has been calling me and hanging up on me for the past 3 days at least 5 times a day, they have to be stopped it is harassment.
