Just got a call stating he had a case in his office and if I do not call back *today* myself or my attorney he will assume I have waived my right to counsel and submit the case. I felt like he was using scare tactics and reported this to the FTC.And now seeing all these post makes me think that my intuition was spot on.
I received a msg from Mark Schaeffer stating that if I or my attorney did call him today I waived my right to counsel. I never call back. This all sounds like a scam. After reading all these comments. I'm sure it is
Received a call today from Legal mediation services ... a certain Garrith merisson was on the line and telling me I took a payday loan. I was so pissed I told him to F*** off.
