Who called from 8593239781

Got a call on my home phone and left no message.  All it said on the id is university of kentucky.  When I checked the number it says it's a cell phone.

Picked up to answer and caller hung up.

Caller asked for me by name and when I said this is he/she, they hung up. I tried calling back but it rings and rings, no answering machine. Strange that they knew my name.

99% certain that this is from UK's Law School looking for money.
