Didn't answer googled number.

The number called at 530pm, Said it was jack from windows tech support and he would help me get rid of malicous content by pressing the windows key and R key. I told him I was on the Microsoft site and that he was a scammer...and that I wasn't going to press those keys. He hung up.

Indian man told me I had downloaded computer viruses and he wanted to walk me through cleaning up my computer.

I told him I downloaded a file and the word "lantern" appeared on my computer screen really big.

He got really quiet for about ten seconds and the hung up. Lol.

Caller said he was from windows tech support.  told him i wasn't interested and that he wasn't going to get the personal info he was after, so he hung up.
