I downloaded an app for my Android phone called WhosCall. It blocks these types of calls. When this number called me I could see they'd called but it blocked them.
I am receiving calls from this number for the last few days I do not answer the call and they leave messages but its very hard to understand and know what company there are calling from is they want credit card info i believe each time the number is 860-000-0000.
Received a call at around noon on 10/22/2013. Answered it. No one answered and then disconnected. This has happened in the past. After reading the posts, I'll DECLINE the call.
I think this is an underground society. Who works
with scammers and unlawfuls. They track your
locations. Someone, will discover who they
are and what there up too? For a test, wrap all your
licenses and passport in aluminum foil. When you
do this the rdf chips in them can not be tracked.
Therefore, you can't be tracked this way. Last
contact option for them to track you is via your
cell phone. Hence, the phony calls. Still doubting /
doubtful. Then have a friend try it. I tryed it and in a
few days of being off the grid I got a mistery call
from those unlawfull [***] lurking in the shadows.
Don't trust our government! There far from truthful
about a lot of things including our privacy.
860 000 0000 is a creepy number Beware do not
answer this number.
