Received call from RGG consulting saying they are calling about two fraud cases. Said they are contacting HR department and would receive packet at home or work. Sounds like a scam. Has anyone else had these calls? Called from 704-709-2133 and wanted us to call back to 860-261-2819. Anyone else received these calls?
Just got a call from RRG consulting. This is a scam you all. The phone number 985-247-4477. A long time ago when I did have debts in a collections a similar company called me, They had all incorrect information including my name. People if they can't verify your current information they aren't a real company. It took 6 months for them to stop calling. Thankfully I didn't give them any money. If you go to NOLO.com its a legal website and it has information on everything. This where I find out what kind of scams are out and how do they approach their targets. Be Safe God Bless.
Git a call today from them but its from a 321 number, supposenly for my daughter whom passed away in 07. They said loan was taken out in 2010. Then the stupid woman said someone TRIED to take out a loan in her name in 2010. Well if they just TRIED then why the hell they calling. I just blocked them
This man not only accused my husband of taking out a payday loan, but said that he wasn't a Marine because he asked for their physical street address and said that they were a fraudulent company. These people are garbage trying to steal money from service members.
They keep calling me at work. Now their pitch is that they are an "arbitration" company except they don't do what an arbitration provider does. The whole point of arbitration is to stay out of court. They say they want a statement to send to their pay day loan client before the client sues. But if you want to settle they have a dept that can take your payment over phone. I asked them to stop calling and reported them to FTC. I would recommend everyone else do the same.
