Who called from 8602693408

Missed call.  Tried to call 20 minutes later.  Busy.  Blocked number on my cell phone.

4/15/2015,,,today,,for the second time in two weeks,,received a call from the same #,,- 860-269-3408,,WITH  a complete silence after i said hello..even , i talk in spanish,,''who's this'''  , ''who do you want talk to''--no answer--,waited ten seconds more,,,then,,,who ever was,,,hang up , ,,,,,,

I normally don't answer numbers I don't know, but this time I was intrigued. So I answered and said "hello," I got a recording that said it was "Sally, said that I was inquiring about lowering my student loan." I just hung up because I have not tried to lower my student loan, they did not say what company or anything.

Call received at my office at 6:45 pm, left no message.  Typical scam or phishing call....

I received the credit card scam call.

This would be Interstate wire fraud, there is no one who can not be found.
