Left a message some B S about lowering my electric bill, they are now blocked! They lower your rates for a month or two then charge you triple. these crooks are under investigation by the state but I hope it's not by the same folks who enforce the DNC law :(
I answered and it is a recorded message from the American Recovery and energy efficiency company about an ACT in 2009 helping people. These people also use this number 860-351-7545 too. They don't leave a message or voice mail but if you answer the phone the recording starts. They won't leave a message because they know we will report them. I noticed companies like this change their phone number just slightly 860-351-7553. This one called after 8 pm.
