Who called from 8622394576

This is a phone number used mainly to text message. The user is a scammer.  Sweet romantic talker, who will ask for money. I have sent money to NY and Nigeria.  I met him on a dating web site.  Craig Conovan is one name he has used.

Stupid me, I sent a text to a local guy named Bill Lewandowski at 716-531-2727( from a dating site) and about an hour later, I got a text from 862-239-4576 from someone by the name of Mr. Craig A...(text I received) we are looking for a babysitter for our son "CJ", let us know...If you are available p/f time and let us know your schedule, send me a reply to [email protected]... Am in Hawaii, but coming down to Buffalo, soon for work....send me an email to my yahoo account and tell me about yourself.

I sent an email and I am waiting for his reply.. I will post the location fo the originating IP address as soon as I get it.

Did you ever get any response from this person? I'm receiving the same texts/email regarding babysitting

I have gotten almost the exact same email from "Craig A" the number and email were different but I live no where near Buffalo. Three texts or emails in a 2 week span to probably 3 totally different areas makes this a scam in my book. He asked for my address and full name to 'send me an advance, in the text message he said that he had found me through care.com. The number I was texted from was 682-727-8929 and the email address was [email protected]. He wanted me to watch his son CJ at my own home but I told him I couldn't and the next email said I would have to pick up toys and things to prepare for the kids arrival. None of what he had emailed me added up. I am very happy I found this forum. I'll have to go about blocking him and I hope anyone seeing this with a similar experience does the same.
