They have called me from at least 15 different phone numbers and i add each one to my number reject list. The one and only time i talked to then it was a very rude woman that would not let me talk and kept cutting me off. She made me so angry i told her to go ahead and add my bill to my credit! I would much rather have a dent in my credit than sit here and argue with a b****! F*** you and have a nice day! Then hung up...they still call threatening to add the bill to my credit...why???? I already gave them permission to do so!!! I just wish they would stop calling everyday!!!

I tried to call the office manager to report Joey for his bad customer service and hanging up on me and the office manager who sounded like a lady kept saying I am a man I think he was a mouse hiding behind a phone and talking cash a sh## to me I am just someone trying to complain about there rudeness and offensive, abusive language and got cussed out !!! I have reported them to the police for phone harassment you all should do this as well and they will be stopped.!!! Merchant collection agency 864-260-3595 AKA the a## wholes !!!
I think the people calling from this # are scammers trying to get money from people. Don't tell you who the are and don't answer the phone with how the are when you call back. Think I'll contact Anderson County Sheriff's Office about the harassment of call the are leaving. Hey dumbs that work or scamming very single call is recorded by the phone company so the police can tell how many times you have called someone. Hello Dumbs Are Us is how they should answer the phone.
