And btw, like someone above said, if you don't think you have debt you need to double check...what he owed on that car NEVER showed up on his credit or anything. So ya'll just be sure and take care of it, if they do the same thing to you like they were going to do to him and put a lean on you....that means you can never own a house, another car....ANYTHING. Be careful and take care of your business. The reps are mean because they get cussed out all day, but after my husband told them he was a nice guy and was going to work with them, they were tolerable after that.
got a voice mail asking for Elizabeth Ortiz, i don't know what the trick here is, just won't answer. been getting calls from this number about once a week for a month now.
Yeah I just got a call from the douch bag trying to bully me into verifying my name and social security number! This is a scam and he is so stupid to think that in this day and age anyone would give out information over the phone! I looked it up on the net it is a dept collection agency! Great Job to have!
I've been getting calls from this number too. They left a voice mail that says in part "We have a situation in the office that you may or may not be aware of..." I called the number from my cell and it is a place called Dynamic Recovery Solutions.
"Don't hang up this is not a sales call" - HUNG-UP - robo calls now real person they have the wrong person and still call. Guess time to add cell phone to the National Do Not Call Registry list and then start persuing legal action it at all possible - sounds like there are enough people here for a class action suit.
