This company called our office stating the Dr. had filled out information requesting they contact us.I am the office manager that assists Dr. with all of his marketing and calls. I called them back and shared with them that Dr. is not interested in this company. They stated they would need him to call them and tell them this information. I shared with them that he sees patients all day and I take care of his calls. She insisted on speaking to him directly. I again repeated myself. She used fowl language and informed me that she would
be calling every day until she spoke to him.
This is harrassment & I would never allow my staff  to speak to any office or anyone (for that mattter) in the most unprofessional way that this company did.
I did call and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. This same individual answered the phone. I then asked to speak to her boss, and she stated she IS the BOSS!!! Enough said.

This business is calling the physician's office where I am the office manager on a daily basis. The caller identifies herself as Julie. She has been told she can not speak to the doctor but insists she will not stop calling until she speaks to him. However, in the past she has spoken to him and was told to remove him from her call list. At that time, the calls temporarily stopped but have resumed. She is insistent and rude and when told we will report her to the better business bureau she says that is fine but she still needs to talk to the doctor.

This was not a cold or telemarketing call. The Doctor filled out the application requesting we contact him. I am Julie, the Executive Director who placed the calls to the company. I am a professional of over 12 years and at no time am I ever rude to anyone. The problem you see is the Assistant or office workers try to help and in this specific case, we are only authorized to speak to the applicant because the information we publish is biographical and to protect the individual we are required to speak ONLY to the applicant. Now some assistants dont like to hear this but it is true. Now even though they may take many sales calls per day and are highly trained to for lack of a better term "blow them off", In this case that doesnt apply because this is not one of those types of calls. In other words, rather than take the time to listen to why I was actually calling, most of the time the assistants usually just jump to the conclusion that Im just trying to sell something (which Im not) and the bottom line is honestly they just get mad that I will not share information with them regarding the call other than that I need to speak to the applicant. **Also for the record ANYONE who gets a call is NOT on a list, the ONLY way someone would get a call from our company is AFTER FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION REQUESTING WE CALL THEM. Thank you. And one more thing, this is NOT harassment due to the fact the APPLICANT SIGNS THE APPLICATION STATING THAT THEY AUTHORIZE US TO CALL!  Thank u

Every doctor I know is too busy doing his/her JOB to fill in paperwork.  That is why there are receptionists, etc.  Nice try  but the initial post is almost  one year old. Thank you for playing - you can not even name your own company???  OR - is the print so small on the paperwork you need a magnifying glass to see it????

Apparently, the doctor DID speak to you/your colleagues and asked to be removed from your call list.  Not very good at listening to "potential customers", are you?
