This business is calling the physician's office where I am the office manager on a daily basis. The caller identifies herself as Julie. She has been told she can not speak to the doctor but insists she will not stop calling until she speaks to him. However, in the past she has spoken to him and was told to remove him from her call list. At that time, the calls temporarily stopped but have resumed. She is insistent and rude and when told we will report her to the better business bureau she says that is fine but she still needs to talk to the doctor.
Nicole is NOT THE APPLICANT. In fact here is the truth of what happened. Nicole filled out an application for the doctor she works for, didnt tell him. SO now that his information has been approved and i am wanting to speak to the doctor to verify it, she refused to let him know. This makes his application void.
The application has been removed from our system based on the contact we have had with this office. No calls will be placed to this office anymore.
Well you'll need all the luck in the world to run a business that can only function if you speak to the extremely busy surgeon who doesn't even have the time to sign his own name on a birthday card. In my tenure, the doctor has NEVER filled out any paperwork for himself regarding his career- agian, that's why assistants and managers and directors are hired! And we have NEVER received any level of push back or disrespect, even with CONFIDIENTIAL paperwork. You are a disgrace to he professional world and I hope everyone does their homework before giving you any business.
