I use voyage phone service and in the monthly charge they block 25 numbers.  Your phone never rings because voyage just stops it.  Great.

Got a call from this number on my landline at 4:04 PM on a Saturday afternoon. Caller ID was KELLETT. Didn't know the number so I didn't answer. Came to 800notes instead. Found the number and promptly blocked the number on my Panasonic phone (blocks 250 numbers). These clowns are #60.
