The caller was clearly east Indian. he said he worked for microsoft and they had been receiving warning messages that my computer was hacked. I told him I didn't have a computer and he hung up on me. When I tried to call the number back, I received a message that the number bad been changed or disconnected.
Indian accent man said my email and computer had been hacked (specifically microsoft windows---I don't have windows!!!!) I said no it wasn't, I didn't call you and he said 'calm down, I don't like being yelled at (even though I didn't yell) I told him he was a scammer and to never call again.
Not the first time with the 878 number. Same ole same ole. After telling Muhammed that I was the police commissioner for Middletown, NY and I strongly advised him to turn himself in to the nearest FBI headquarters, he hung up faster than I could get my laugh out.
