I received this call at 12:23pm today on my personal cell phone and it was the same thing everyone else said - a recorded message about lowering my credit card rates and it being the final notice, etc, so I pressed 1 to see what would happen and the lady answered and asked if I was interested in lower my credit card rates and I said "Actually, I just wanted to know what you guys are talking about" and she hung up!! (So much for talking to a "friendly representative"!)
I received the same call this morning and didn't answer because it was an unknown number and when I dialed it back I received the "I'm sorry but the person you are calling has a voicemail box that is not set up yet."
