Called the number back but it "can not be completed as dialed"

no message, it's a memphis tn number, I know this for sure because I live outside of memphis, tn.  I did a search yesterday on new insurance and after putting my info in for seaching new quotes, 5 minutes later my phone started ringing with this number.  I have recieved 4 calls from this number. If i don't know the number I don't answer...they can leave a message plus I don't have time for telemarketers

This is a Memphis number. I answered bc I live in Memphis and thought it might be a call I was expecting ftom a dr. HOWEVER it was spam telling me I won a cruise. I just hung up.
