called me at 630 pm..did not answer, called later survey expired, dial 9 to be put on do not call list

They called my cell phone this morning I did not answer but blocked it, now they just called me on my home phone. I did answr it, robocall said congratulations I had just won a cruise, I hung up. How many years is this going to go on? What is the point of DNC they do nothing

Got a call from this number 901-249-1378. No VM. Probably a telemarketing call.

Have received calls from this # on my home phone, my cell & my wife's cell.  Best way to deal with these people is to not answer and then block them.
