Same here. This man sagent Davenport went as far as calling me a [***]. He repetedily called me ans,i answered called me names over over again. He also legy several messages.
Received 3 calls--all diverted to voice-mail--stating that there was a case pending against me and that I or my attorney needed to respond immediately. To not do so would damage my access to Counsel. The call came from 901 425-1479/Tennessee.
I received a voicemail from the same Kevin guy stating that if me or my attorney did not call him by the end of the day then I have given up my rights for serving papers and that I need to call him because of a pending case
They have been calling me for months, about a payday loan I did indeed apply for, but cancelled once I realized the risks. They charged my old bank for a fee, I reported it. Eventually account was closed. These people are highly annoying , very rude and disrespectful. I don't know how to prevent this from happening. Isn't there some type of that prevents these scammers from getting our personal number. Smh
I received this call at my work number. They stated I had a pending case with a Mr. Wainright regarding a pending case. I do not have any pending law cases or owe anyone money. Scam!!
