The people are idiots. Not only are they not professional, they are remedial. The lady that answers the phone called me a stupid [***] the first time and then told me to go back to work blacky. Ha ha, I am chinese. They are so stupid. I have only been in this country for 5 years.

When I mentioned the mini miranda rights, the lady who answered asked what is that. They are REMEDIAL.

I got that call too.  And when I've called, got the most vague answers in my entire life.  Well this loan originated between 2010 and 2012.  Really?!?!  I'll see you nimrod in court, then.

This is why they are criminals.  No education, they never paid attention in school.
