I received a voicemail from the same Kevin guy stating that if me or my attorney did not call him by the end of the day then I have given up my rights for serving papers and that I need to call him because of a pending case
They've now called every other day and left a message. They've called 3 times total. The first time I called them back and it was the same type of people that have called in the past. Criminal complaint against my husband they say and even when I've had him verify himself in a past phone call they still can't give details as to who filed this complaint, amount, etc. TOTAL SCAM! The part that bothers me most is that our government allows scammers like this to continue scamming!
