Called me this morning and did not leave a message. I have since blocked them.

I think that they use the do not call list as their call list.

Wrong. Not everyone can even get a copy of the DNC list and it's expensive. Look. If you're ON the DNC list, you're being spared calls from "legitimate" telemarketers. What does that mean for calls you DO get? It means they are illegal scammers, probably calling from overseas and using faked (spoofed) caller ID information.
