Again, no it isn't. The list is handed to all businesses and the scum businesses use it to call people who don't normally get called. The only part of their job that is being done is when someone has been calling enough they get fined, However, it doesn't stop them from calling. For example there were calls going out claiming to be from a home medical monitoring service. They were caught and fined but the calls increased, not decreased. Sadly they were coming from the business they claimed, however the head of the company "had no idea."
The do not call list does not work and never has. The only thing it does is tell businesses who has never been called.
Called, i didn't answer. No message left. I will say that lsst night i was researching how to get free samples of beauty products online. But anyone that requested my number that was not a company i had not heard of i did not apply so i think i gave 2 ppl my #. My phone has been ringing off the hook.....
