It IS working. As I explained to Anita, the DNC list prevents legitimate telemarketers from calling you. What that means is that any calls you get from a "telemarketer" (i.e., scammer) is one you should avoid because it's most likely originating from a call center in India or Pakistan, and the caller ID information is useless.
Actually Joey, it is possible they have the do not call list and are using that as their call list. All businesses have access to it so they don't call it, however I did work for a dating company that wanted me to use the do not call list and call only those people. I told them I wouldn't and I quit. The businesses may be legit but practicing illegal things. And great job getting on a site like this just to try to demean people.
