same as all the rest. they were supposedly calling from Windows, and my computer was sending them messages that it was infected with viruses. I filed a complaint on the GOV site. I am so tired of running to answer a call and it is a scam. The DO NOT CALL list is a joke
I answered this HIndi who said he was "Brian" from Windows and that I "had a problem with my Microsoft Windows." I said, "No, you are not! Get off this phone and don't call my number again, ever!"
Got a call from this number. Did not answer the phone. Ever since that call, the message screen on my phone says "line in use." I am no using the line and I cannot make calls. I believe the calling machine from which this call was placed has hijacked my line and will not release it. It has been 2.5 hours since that call and my line is still "in use..."
The idiots are still at it. Today is was a woman. And she said she was with Microsoft and wanted to tell me something was wrong with my computer. I said......I have no computer................she huffed and hung up. I wish it were that easy to get rid of these people. It isn't. One of them will call again tomorrow.
