Called numerous times on previous days. Called this a.m. @ 8 a.m. & tried to reject number only to find out its a landline and for an extra charge my cell phone carrover would block the call for me. He called back a little later and I got the same spiel as everyone else. Finally got him to stop.talking long enough to tell him NOT to call me again. He said "Ok" and HE hung up on me!! Will 'watch' and see if he calls again..
Called repeatedly on Friday from 2:30 TO 2:50. I finally answered and they told me I had a virus on my Windows computer that needed to be cleaned. I told them that I knew this was a scam, but they have called before.
These slime buckets have called my # 12 times in the last 2 days. One call was at 7:55 AM yesterday (Thanksgiving!) which woke me up and I answered before checking my caller ID. The guy started rambling on about "tech support" at which time I cussed him out--of course, that did no good as the next call I received was about a 1/2 hr. later.
I have received multiple calls from this number, always claiming to be calling from Microsoft. Past experience has taught our family to avoid these calls. Once my son innocently followed their instructions and it took me 2 weeks to rebuild the computer! I ask the callers to not call again and remove me from their list, but the calls keep coming. There have been some days with 2 or 3 calls from this number. Don't answer or hang up right away!
