Got the same call. Told them I was an attorney, to send the papers to me. They hung up on me. Got the same call again later in the afternoon and again they hung up on me. So I called them back and they hung up again. Repeated the process once more and told them if they called me again, they'd have a real lawsuit to deal with.
Received a call from this number claiming to be a "law firm" telling me I'm being sued and wanting my "lawyer's info". Extremely heavy accent and very, very difficult to understand. Refused to even tell me "who" was allegedly suing me. I don't know of any law firm that would call in the first place and certainly not one that would call and then refuse to give any information. Seemed to be an obvious scam.
I hung up and received an immediate return call which I answered and immediately hung up on.
Don't fall for this crap, folks...if you are being sued you won't find out from some [***] who sounds like they just stepped off the boat and who calls but won't tell you anything!

They told me I was being sued did not ask for credit card or any form of payment wanted my attorney name when I told them I wa one they wanted my bar number then they said I would be in court on Monday
I got the same phone call. Told them they were full of crap and bring things on! This is when the started acting chikldess by pushing the phone buttons and telling me to get screwed. Oh by the way, another so called agent was making childess noises as the one person was talking.
