Got the same call. Told them I was an attorney, to send the papers to me. They hung up on me. Got the same call again later in the afternoon and again they hung up on me. So I called them back and they hung up again. Repeated the process once more and told them if they called me again, they'd have a real lawsuit to deal with.
It's def. a scam! They called ssaid they needed my attourney's number, i said I don't give out free info. I asked them what it was about, spent about 20 mins telling them off before they finally made up some false fraudulent check BS, and as soon as they said that, I let them know I am turning them into the FBI Fraud devision, and then they hung up. :)
Got the same call. They pass the phone off to various people acting like am suppose to believe all their bs. They said I was going to be in court. The 1st phone call wanted me to give them money. The second time they keep telling me they are gonna take my car, home, and all my money. I would then still owe them $500000 and would have to go to jail
I got a call from them yesterday and they telling me all this [***] about I need to get an attorney because I'm being sued. And at 11:00am someone is gonna serve me papers and that I need to get a lawyer from the court house. I told them that this is a scam and that they are calling the person, I was screaming in his ear and told him to go [***] his mother and go jump off the [***] roof. they called me today and this one lady who changes her name every time you call. Her first name was Michele, then she said her name is Amy and then I called back the third time and she said her name was Joy. these foreigners are so stupid they will do anything to get your hard earn money.
Called stating they are calling from a law office and need my attorneys name and number to call because they have sent me 13 emails about being sued. When I asked what account he could not tell me, then proceed to keep saying he would tell me what it was about but never said anything. I hung up and he called right back but did not leave a message
At 1418 hours on 11/9/2016, I received a call from this number, the caller sounded as if he was a Filipino or a person from Asia. He said Hi Clyde and I said that I am not Clyde and he immediately hung up
