Man called Jason left me a message that I needed to call back because a lawsuit will filed against me in my state. Called back and was told they needed number of attorney so they can contact them on where to send them info on the lawsuit. They could not give me a name or company who was filing the lawsuit. I advised will have my attorney call them and they hung up. This is a fraud.
This number is on my caller id daily. Not sure if he's a debt collector. If so, he's can stand to take a few customer service classes. I almost feel that his messages are threatening. I believe he was speaking before my voicemail picked up because he was in mid-sentence when the recording started. He said,,, "904-580-4245, I REPEAT, IT'S 904-580-4245. DON'T DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE; RETURN THE CALL; NOW IF YOU DON'T RETURN THE CALL AND I DON'T HEAR FROM YOUR ATTORNEY EITHER, THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS WISH YOU GOOD LUCK AS THE SITUATION UNFOLDS ON YOU NOW. GOODBYE AND BEST OF LUCK."
I got the same voice mail message apparently as everyone else. Some moron trying to sound tuff and threatening calling from (904) 580-4245 telling me (or my attorney) I'd better call him back "or else". I hope no one falls for this idiots obvious scam attempts. Sounded like he said his name was Jason. I can tell you this, if he were standing in the same room with me he would have a real fast attitude adjustment - - or he wouldn't be standing.
