Received 3 calls from this # 904-596-3002 within 5 minutes! Sr Officer Alan Jones left me a message to call him back a this # at Ext 301 - said he was calling from the Department of Law and Justice and that if I did not call him back right away, I was going to JAIL!!! I called back and left him a message that unless he can fax me something showing that this is legitimate, he better quit calling me or I am going to file harassment charges against him. Sr Officer Alan Jones has a HEAVY mid-eastern accent, and is VERY hard to understand. Pretty sure this is a scam!!!
Officer Jones called be and said I took a payday loan out sometime in 2010. He said I took it out for $500.00 and owe over $1900.00 and do I want to settle out of court. I said to him can you email or fax something over to me so I can have a copy with your name, your company name and when this loan took place and he said he could not and he was going to tell me boss. He had a heavy indian accent. This is a scam. I did not do any such thing.
Officer Alan Jones called and left a voicemail message stating that he was calling from the Dept. of Law and Justice and that if I did not call him back right away that I was going to jail! He has called me before with other phone numbers claiming the same thing. This is a scam do not call him.
Got call from SR.Officer James Brown from same number. Said I would be "locked up for the maximum time" if I didn't return call..sure.....gave me this number to call back on but call came in on 518-302-1812....

I've been gettin these same calls from officer Alan, and I've also gotten some from Scott Nicholson. They have left numerous voicemails threatning tim going to jail if i dont pay this. stating i will get a warrent for my arrest and go on a such called government black list. They are saying i got a loan from payday loans online. they cant confirm the ammount of my loan, they state its between $150 and $500 which is what all websites say AND they state they cant send any proof of debt until the pament is made in full. Then, they tell me if i dont take an out of court settlement i have to travel to california and face court there. These gentlemen have a real heavy mid-eastern accent and they all use some real common american names. I now refuse to answer their calls yet they insist calling private and unknown now. I contacted the FDC and general attorney whom are helping me out with this. Almost sure this is a scam!!
