I see most of the posts about this number are several years old. I just got a hang up NML on my cell from this number and not sure if it is still Coastal Communications or not because I didn't answer it.
Called to Reduce student loan debt! Yea right. Crappola scam. Turn federal loan into private not goverened law control debt.
The worst thing to do is Refi a Federal Student Loan!!!!!

Do Not forfeit your Non- Private Government Student Loan(s) for overpriced Private conversions. And Bankruptcies can NOT forgive them, Ever!!!
Hidden fees, loads, punishments. And default will bring more high costs you can NOT get rid of.

If I remember correctly; if you make a payment plan with feds after school, and you pay on it "Perfectly" for 20 years without missing a payment, they will forgive NO MATTER WHAT BALANCE IS LEFT. Period. Go read the FACTS!!!
If you work for a city, state or federal government entity, you only pay for 10 years, then loan is forgiven. This helps pay you back for the private higher paying jobs versus the lower paying government jobs.
