Received a call from this line. Caller claimed they were from Verizon. After looking at 6 pages of complaints on this line, their pitch really wasn't believable at all. Plus the caller was a woman who sounded half asleep and her tactics to convince that she legit was lukewarm. She said someone filled out a form for their request. Alright. So why didn't they put their information on the form so you can call them directly? She said that's a good question. Yup...............
Some guy named Avery called looking to speak with someone who handles our telephone and phone accounts with our business. Claimed he was with Verizon. I left him on hold till he hung up about thirty seconds later. Sounded extremely suspicious to me.
