Not only is this a scam BUT why have NONE of you noticed this isn't an actual person??? It's an AVATAR (sound board where agents press buttons based on your response to play pre-recorded statements) it is so obvious! Called at 9am for a breast cancer charity regardless I guess people that ask 800Notes to 'stop calling' or think the owners of these numbers will see their request and remove their number are the same ones who fall for AVATAR calls!!!
This is the fourth number thus far from the 904 Jacksonville, FL area code that has called me. Usually, it's some sort of charity for Law Enforcement, but this time around, it was about donating money for Breast Cancer survivors. If I want to give money to a real non-profit organization, then I would simply go to the recognizable ones, like the American Red Cross or the Susan G. Komen foundation, not to some off the wall unknown cold caller.
