Who called from 9047580868

How in the heck did they get my phone #?  Still don't know what they wanted. A lot of noise in background - people talking. Telemarketer.

Called me twice but left no voice-mail.

They just called me today. I answered. Mark from something promotions... I couldn't even hear... lots of background noise. Just hang up!

call on my cell phone from 904-758-0868.  other calls from this number appear to be unwanted telemarketer.  I am on the do not call list.

Called, didn't answer and no message.  How can I stop these kind of calls?
