Same type of call as John S. Above..Same questions, after I told them that I do not recall filling a Form, they hang up. A totally scam call. Blocking the number.
I don't know how they got my number but this is a cell phone and they're trying to solicit telemarketing calls to me. my number is supposed to be Unlisted and I am on the national no call list. they tried to tell me my number was on the back of a coupon for rebates or something. there was a lot of noise in the background and when I asked how the world could you have gotten my number and they kind of acted like what's so hard to understand about printed on the back of a coupon. I asked again what this is about and then said direct bye and I said I don't want to buy anything and again this Iis my unlisted cell numberand I do not accept solicitations of any kind. and again this is my cell number they said yes we are aware that this is a cell number and what is so hard to understand about the name direct buy and then hung up the phone.
