They have left several messages. One time I picked up the phone and pressed "one." She asked if I was calling to lower my interest rate. I asked which card she was calling about. She said they do VISA and MASTERCARD. I then asked, "But which of my cards are you calling me about specifically?" She hung up.
"Credit Services" is actually Personal Data Systems "PDS" (http://personaldatasys.com/). They have called me at least six times. When I asked for more information on the company, they hung up on me (I guess they don't want to be reported to the National Do Not Call Registry). Their REAL phone numbers are 866-659-9866 & 866-451-2778. 904-768-9653 is not a working number. Personal Data Systems represents The Consumer Law Group, P.A., 2001 W. Sample Rd., #412, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064, ph: 800-814-6756 fx: 954-691-2169 (http://www.myconsumerlawgroup.com/index.html). Feel free to report PDS to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov/).
Recording says last chance to lower your credit card rating. Press one to speak to rep. 2 to let expire. Pressed one and was asked if I was requesting a lower credit rating. I responded by asking for our number to be removed from their call list. He abruptly hung up.
BRAIN DEAD CON ARTISTS!!! Too brain dead to understand that people do NOT want to talk to thieves - especially those who are trying to steal identities as these freaks are. Too bad the government WILL NOT get off their lazy buns and take care of these morons - can't expect anything else with the morons we have in office now.
if you would have red the do not call policy all of the way through, you would realize that not ever call can be blocked. i always tell everyone to read all of the small print.there is usually a catch in the policy somewhere.i'm on that list and i still recieve unwanted calls almost every day.my word of advice to all is to please read through the document entirely. it doesn't hurt to do a little research.
