Received a call from this number . i called the number back woman picks up spoke very well and told me my address and name and ss. I said ok why are you calling i took out a loan and never payed it back i said no i havent . that this is a recorded line. I told her that there is nothing on my credit report stating anything abt loan. The lady said it would not show . that they would be sending me court papers for my hearing amd to settle this. I said to lady again i never took out any loan what so ever. They have certain info of mine how do i stop this or stop them from contacting me .
a woman calls and leaves a voicemail,says my name in a recorded way,then states that i may be a awarded money in a claims settlement and to call back at number given in voicemail.when called back,now it s a claim filed against me because of an old payday loan that i never made,and that i am going to be served with court papers, then she wishes me best of luck.stupid scammers.i told her to speak louder, that she was on a recorded line.she then hung up real quick.
Same experience as the above clients. Called by a lady with an accent & my name was said by a recording system then she continued to speak about a settlement against me & I should call this number 904-862-2829 which I did not call because I know it's a scsm.
