FYI these guys are calling me on a debt that was incurred from Fido 5 or six years ago...I cancelled my phone and Fido kept sending me bills I spoke to their customer service it should have been taken care of but no...here we are all this time later and these scum companies are out and about trying to harass us!! Unbeleivable...I remember hearing something that if you the customer had not been contacted in over 3 years they had no right to claim the funds....maybe its time to look closer!!
My husband received a call today from a number 905-413-8624 from a ____ law office. And when I check on reversed number it was unknown but registered on BELL and at Unionville, Ontario and it was a long distance from York region. And tried calling blocking my number I overheard Natale Law office and googled it and found out this site.... which seems that this number / law office is a scam. If they can get you, they will siphoned you of lots of money from a debt of nonexistence. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE OF THIS PHONE SCAM!!!
I just got a new cell number a couple of weeks ago (actually my first cell phone - never really felt like I needed one before but seemed like a good idea to have for emergency purposes). It's a pay as you go from Rogers. I got a "missed" call from that number within the first day or two of having the new cell number when only one person I know even knew the new number. I turn it off for days at a time when I don't need it but had it on for a few hours today and got another call from that number. I answered and got an automated message that said to press any key to be connected with a live agent. I ignored it and decided to google the number to see what I could find out and found this page. Thanks to everyone for reporting about this! I'll just ignore the calls from this number from now on. Maybe see if there's a way to block the number.
1(905)413-8661 phoned just now, I didn't answer but someone else did. I was just told to warn people not to call back or even answer from this phone #. Must be telemarket or someone trying to scam.
